Project 1 - Aboriginal Studies

Students investigate the art produced in Aboriginal traditions, focussing on technique, materials and context.  They develop ideas for, and produce, a piece of their own based on the findings of their exploration that will communicate their own cultural influences.

Project 2 - Holocaust

Linked with history, students are studying The Holocaust simultaneously with this project, they apply their knowledge of it to a series of sketches, developing a final piece that should express their perception of the Holocaust.  This piece is open discipline, students should select materials and processes themselves, producing a personalised piece.

Project 3 - Shakespeare

Linked to English, students produced a piece of work based on a poem/play that they are studying simultaneously in English.  This piece is open discipline, students should select materials and processes themselves, producing a personalised piece.
